Evelyn got her start in the card scene as a blackjack and poker dealer in private clubs in Toronto. Evelyn has been working on her game with her tutor Daniel Negreanu. She is an active and visible participant in the World Poker Tour main and ladies events. When Evelyn is not playing in tournaments she does some poker commentating for NBC, PokerSuperstars GSN, and she also commentates with Daniel Negreanu on the Ultimate Poker Challenge. Evelyn defines her playing style as selectively aggressive. She loves the big bets and big raises. The players that she respects the most today are: Daniel Negreanu, Erick Lindgren, and Adam Schoenfeld.
