Isaac is a relative newcomer to the world of poker. However, he will no longer be considered a newcomer by his peers with the bracelet he has around his wrist after winning the 2005 WSOP $2500 Short-Handed No Limit event. Isaac is a 34 year old nightclub owner who had limited tournament experience before playing in this event, since gambling is illegal in Thailand he was only able to play in limited amounts of home games. The General was getting ready for the WSOP by playing poker ten hours a day, five days a week. Obviously this dedication paid off for him. He originally planned on entering the $2000 No Limit Event but he arrived in Vegas a little earlier and did not want to wait around to play an event so he signed up for the Short-Handed event and it's a good thing he put his name on the list, as he became the champion.
