Steve is a 56 year old professional poker player. In 1995, he quit his job as a stock trader in order to take up poker on a full time basis. He competed and eventually won the longest ever seven card stud high-low event in poker history at this years World Series of Poker $1000 7-Card Stud event. This showed a true test of stamina and his poker skills in order to outlast the competition. This was definitely overdue and it was a crowning achievement for the ten years he has spent as a professional. Steve spends three quarters of his playing time competing in cash games.
